Here you can find my personal list of websites dedicated to the artistic field: fine Arts, hand drawing, sketching, painting, sculpting, Diy, illustration, watercolor and so on.
These suggestions are already proven-tested by me. Then, the list is so short for this specific reason. They are not written here with no sense 🙂
They are extremely different, and I consult each of them for quite different reasons, so I think that there is no “one better than one other”.
ITALIAN WEBSITES/INFLUENCERS:
- Momarte Blog – Momarte is an Italian webshop, with a separate blog dedicated to Fine Arts. Very useful and professional, many persons write on it, so it is more similar to a Journal with a great variety of arguments!
- Davide Siddi – an impressive Italian watercolor artist, who gives many important teachings for advanced and principiants
- Vale su Tela – academic and very professional in her explanation. She uses pencils above all, to explain the basis of drawing. Her style is realistic and academic, perfect for who want to make big improvements in their skills. The channel is growing, but in the right manner I think. Let’s see her path!
- Arte per te – a very famous Italian channel, that I suggest especially for those who want to start and learn a little bit of every topic and know new tools and how they work with a kind and carefree teacher. She talks a lot about “Hauls”, stationery, bricolage and DIY.
- Fraffrog – one of the most famous youtube in this field, along with her boyfriend (but I like her more). They are comic illustrators and their channels focus more on little challenges+reviews. There are no lessons, or tutorials or realistic techniques: she tries several styles, challenges and tools. You can see her drawing process + the use of some tools (as drawing with tablet or with pencils etc.). A lot of entertainment 🙂
